"Moim", Korean for "gathering", offers a modern cuisine based on traditional Korean foods with the spirit of today. Originating from staple Korean dishes, most selections incorporate a new interpretation that will appeal to a broad audience.

The chef/owner, Saeri Yoo Park, was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. Her Korean heritage and her professional training in New York City at such restaurants as Spice Market, Café Gray and Modern are evident at Moim. Her passion is reconstructing the flavors of traditional dishes while reflecting the current trend in Korean dining.

Moim's comfortable environment reflects the owner's personal touch of mixing Asian styles from the past and present. Designed by Edward I. Mills & Associates, the décor is a combination of straight line and the natural elements of dark wood, stone and water that compliment the food and overall concept of Moim.

Our professional staff invites our Park Slope neighbors and other guests to discover a menu and setting that will make yours a truly enjoyable contemporary dining experience.
